Floyd had an opportunity to face Margarito but settled on Baldomir, and lets be real the lineal title BS is just an excuse used by the Floyd fans. Reality is of the two Margarito or Baldomir who was the better... Easily Margarito IMO.

However Floyd went on to fight Carlos who cant hurt anybody has no defense and is limited in his boxing skills but did have a good chin, Margarito on the other hand has a good chin a high work rate and is a full on pressure fighter....

Floyd chose baldomir cus it was the safer route and on paper to some made sense. However he could have stolen the glory had he fought and beat him but instead of finding out who would win between he and Cotto he retired likely cus he didnt want to hear people ask him if he would face the winner.

Sorry but Margarito was highley avoided back then.... and Floyd is one who did duck dodge and retire his way out of fights... lately its been Pacquiao that he has been running from.

Floyd has talent but its wasted talent he has yet to put those skills to the highest test out there.

 

I think the TS is trying to lead us to beleive that lil floyd is the greatest, which is really debatable. He could have settled it once and for all if he didn't retire and it didn't help his cause and just shows he don't want any of Margo that nobody wants to deal with at that time.

The question is really irrelevant for reason that how can you say your better than the man you ducked.

 

Honestly there is alot of truth to what your saying but this is how I am starting to see it.
The Floyd fans,,,, Those types argue that Floyd is the greatest. However due to his long lay offs his vacations, the urge suddenly being nowhere with in reach. Even Floyds own very fans are starting to doubt him, this post may be dirrected at Pacquiao supporters or fans, but the way I am seeing it these days, these post are also created to validate Mayweather at this point.

Even they are having doubts about Mayweather, but still will not admit it, in doing so it makes all them look like ****, considering all the trash they have talked over the years. as it stands right now majority of people I talk to about Boxing argue that Floyd is just to scared of Manny.

I am talking Floyds own people as well, now you can take my word for it or lie and say that I am not hearing this the choice is yours, but the reality is his own people have started to turn their backs on him due to his actions.

In addition they are now doubting the mans agenda or intention in his come back, we are at the point in which Floyd has to make a choice, either make the fight happen even if it means giving up on the testing or go back to retirement and be always remembered for avoiding the very best when they were available.

Pacquiao and Shane did **** him up, does that mean Floyd would have done the same? No, it doesnt, especially when the offer was on the table that was a time when Tony was highley avoided.

Lying is comming here claiming that Mayweather is a proven better fighter than Pacquiao when in reality Pacquiao has out performed Floyd on all levels. Lying is when you sit here and make **** up about Mayweather vs Castillo fight 1 when you know deep down Floyd lost that fight.

Bums dont win world titles, Again answer the question who was a better fighter Margarito or Baldomir? Margarito or Judah? Margarito or Corley? Margarito or Ndou?
Anybody with two cents of a brain knows Margarito was the better fighter of those fighters named, even Floyd himself who proved his cowardness through ducking and dodging any fighter at the time that the fighter presented a threat to him.

I dont expect him to fight Pacquiao, I really dont though he says he will lets be ****ing real its been a few years and Floyd hasnt done **** except beat up his babys momma in front of his kids while threatening his own kids if they went to get help.....

There was no avoiding Margarito. It was business. What exactly about Margarito made him such a worhty opponenet at the time other that actual hype. Baldomir hadn't lost in 9 yrs and just upset the lineal champ in Judah a very talented fighter who had recognizbale name in the sport. Who did **** did Margarito beat to make him such a deserving opponent??

Nobody. The truth, is that Margarito is vastly overrated only becasue people want to believe this myth that Mayweather ducked him.

The facts are that signing, to fight margarito was a 3 fight deal that included no DLH fight. Mayweather chose to become a free agent, got the same purse for baldomir, and then got the DLH fight which Arum told him wasn't possible.

Anybody who ignores this, is simply a Floyd hater and can't be taken seriously.
