Unbeaten welterweight star Kell Brook will face a world title eliminator against Rafal Jackiewicz in Sheffield in October - live on Sky Sports

The Sheffield bomber will put his WBA Inter-Continental title on the line against the Pole at the Ponds Forge International Sports Centre on Saturday October 8.The unbeaten welterweight claimed the strap against Lovemore N'dou in his last outing in the Steel City, taking his impressive career record to 24-0.The 34-year-old Jackiewicz presents tough opposition though. He is a former undefeated European champion Jackiewicz who is rated fifth with the IBF and number 10 with the WBO.

I think they would've got Malignaggi if they could.

It's a pretty good step up from N'dou imo. Atleast it's a "World title eliminator"

I hate that saying.....Former undefeated champion.....wtf does that mean? yes you were undefeated so was everyone ****ing else until they lost.

Surely mentioning undefeated should only be said if the fighter is still undefeated.

it means he never lost the title in the ring. Steve Colins retired undefeated World Champion despite having several losses earlier in his career

    Doesnt really make sense.

If you have been beaten your name and undefeated shouldnt be in the same sentance.

I know Jackiewicz isn't a bad fighter but this seems a bit soft for a title eliminator. I was hoping for someone like Mike Jones, that would have been really interesting to see.
