Ok, I will accept that there are many unknowns for us to completely know what is true. However, I don't think the offer was fair (even if we assume we don't know the numbers) because Kessler has a long record of taking fights if the offer is right.
Ok so you just assume it's 750k like the other peoples assume it's 3 millions. This offer will always be hard to judge if we don't have anything concrete! I-Box don't have the money and isn't big enough to offer 3 miilions to Kessler. FFS they couldn't pay the IBF sanction fee before the Magee fight and the fight almost got cancelled :-(
Because you hate Bute , and we think it was fair because we like him! I think we can stop right there because we will never know!
I don't hate Bute, I just want him to step up. I don't think he is scared either, but I do think that Interbox are not as committed (go abroad or pay a LOT more) as they should be.
OK i believe you , and me too i'm getting tired of the way I-box acting but it won't stop me to think that Bute got the potential to beat the top 3 of the division (Ward,Froch,Kessler). Wow it's nice when we act like growing mans when the frustration get involved we can act like ****s and i'm part of it :yep
Interbox already lost 2 possible fights, Kessler and Pavlik. The Kessler one it's one's word against anothers. The thing is that Romanian press said 3 mil I heard from somewhere else 3.5 mil. The only thing I know for sure is from a close friend of Bute who only could tell that the offer was of a few million USD. The press from Danmark said it the offer "only This content is protected 750k". And Kessler kept the Dane Tv PPV's. We all know that Pavlik had been offered 1.35 Mil USD and that his share of that was 1.1 Mil USD. Now with those to fights out Interbox can't afford another refuse, without Glen the remaining good mach-ups are in other weight divisions. The only "names" they have are Bika and Green at SMW, Quillin even tho he had recently fought Brinkley and his weight was 166.5 refused. And he's a bit to young and unknown. Same goes for Edwin Rodriguez and Aaron Pryor Jr. I don't think they are much of a step-up from Brinkley,Magee,Mendy type of guys. So Interbox is either going to be serious about this negotiation or they gonna force him to go at a weight he doesn't want's to. I think Cleverly is the only one capable of making 166 out of the title holders from LHW. Martinez was the best fight they could make with a Middleweight but he clearly said it more than once, he's not going up. Pirog was only dust in eyes, just a rumor nothing tangible, nothing concrete. Interbox does not afford to lose Johnson to, because there would not be anyone worth fighting left.Bute needs a good mach-up, and Now because after this It will be either Kessler or winner of Ward-Froch, and that will be like jumping from calms water into a frigging storm.
Kessler got a fixed amount from Sauerland for every s6 fight: 12½M. DKK roughly 2½M USD. I have told you that several times before. 4 times I believe.
Lucy will fight another cap driver because hes afraid to fight anyone.. if one is just unwilling to fight a million excuses can be made and Lucy will continue to find a million excuses to justify his fraudulent behavior but at the end of the day hes just a disgrace
The offer to Johnson was disrespectful imo. I don't think anyone, even Johnson himself, would've expected the same money Pavlik was offered but I think about $750k would have been fair. It's hard to know what to make of the Kessler offer but it's starting to seem like Interbox just want to be careful, so as not to risk the fight with the Super 6 winner.
