I must say, that guy barely touched Ward's chin, but Ward went down hard. I have to wonder if that kind of (non) resiliency will eventually show itself again from Ward (vs Froch?).

I hate to be negative, but I also have a terrible feeling that Andre Ward will win by way of a "California" decision, if you know what I mean.

Anyway, whoever deserves to win the Ward-Froch fight should be acknowledged as the best SMW in the world. And hopefully, that man will fight Andre Dirrell and Lucian Bute.

 

i bet you said that when froch fought, pascal, taylor, dirrell, kessler, abraham and johnson???? froch has never got his ass whipped. he has competed with everyone and dominated some. don't act like ward has looked perfect in his recent fights because he hasn't and this next fight will be his hardest yet.

 

Actually, Jermain was two fights removed from that knockout. First he rematched Pavlik and lost a decision. He then beat a already dead Lacy...I wish the Froch fight had been Taylor's swan song. It was no fun seeing him get in the ring with Abraham afterward

Ward is a very smart fighter. He'll not over commit and allow for Froch to counter him, esp with an UC.
