Totally, it's like having a picture of Kelly Brook on the mantel-piece, whilst she is a stunner who i would do some pretty ****ed up **** to, she still aint my girlfriend so she has no place on there.

I hope out of principle that the belt doesn't sell as I hate to see this kind of thing happening.

Did you, nice. It looks right at home there I think. Always a shame to see one for sale, just hope he gets a good price for it. Our belt will never be sold.

Yep, had a day out on the docks. That belt of Jem Maces from 1860 opposite your Dads is something else as well.

You quite often see ex-sportsman selling their medals, England World Cup winners have in the past and I don't assume they are completely hard-up or needing money for bad habits.

Looking from outside you can ask yourself why the hell someone would sell a belt that they had trained years to get their hands on and had to win in the loneliest game, but I can't help think that for some people, it's a way of moving on and sometimes I guess cashing in.

    MATTYS, are you the seller?

I see you've sold a few others from your feedback. Where do you get them from? :huh

Stuff like that is sold at specialist auctions.

Would love to own a piece of memorabilia like a Lonsdale belt. Turpin's sold for £23k before :yep:yikes
