Even if Floyd Jr did state he wants the training conducted in the states likely that is because testing in the Phillipines may likely be biased, in other words Manny has political ties there and with that doubt is created meaning are we sure the people there conducting the test are doing it according to their agreement, though they may say they are following the rules it does not mean that they are...

Manny already fought greats in his original weight and then moving up with Oscar and Shane and cleaning out the welts. Absolutely, while I don't care where the man trains, and I don't believe this will be an issue in terms of the fight happening, there's no doubt in my mind the integrity of the testing would be suspect for obvious reasons.
