    The **** you mean bull****?
    1. He's viewed as a "God" on some levels, and "worshiped" isn't too a strong a word, in my opinion.

    2. He generates money for this god awfully poor country, as well as shares his money with this country, many people depend on him to make their living, they out of necessity aren't going to **** that up.

    3. Which Filipino working in a drug clinic is going to be the one to report that Manny is juicing and bring all the harm and disdain on their respective family?

I mean this is a no brainer, as I said in the initial post, I don't think it's an issue in terms of the fight being made, and I haven't heard anyone of any significance to say anything about this issue, but it doesn't change the fact I believe what I put above to be true. Again, has nothing to do with the negotiations or PBF, that's my personal opinion.

Pac's blood specimen will be taken to Malaysia where there is a WADA approved facility if Floyd finally decides to come out and play with Pac but as history tends to repeat itself, it seems like Mayweather Sr. has found another excuse to not make the fight happen. Remember he is the moron who started that Pac is on roids and that led to Pac vs Floyd from not happening.

Sr. isn't on PBF's "team", he isn't involved in any way with negotiations, and even if he did he doesn't have any power to add stipulations to a potential deal.

Mayweather Sr. first accused Pacquiao of using roids after witnessing first hand Pac's one sided beat down of Cotto. That plus Pac demolishing Hatton who at the time, Floyd Sr. was in Hatton's corner. Sr. couldn't believe that Pac just Blitzed Hatton. Sr. may not be "involved" in Team Mayweather but he has some say to what goes on and who Floyd jr. fights.

And that testing don't happen just in the USA right? More Americans have been caught on roids than any other country.

You do realize we are not talking about the Olympics right? we are talking about making sure the testing and the results that come with it are conducted legit...

Allowing Manny to train there an be tested there is a risk, I am not saying they will in fact for sure cheat but there is a good possibility considering his political status alone they have cause to cover up should something surface because not only will it tarnish his boxing image but his political image as well.

allowing him to train there and test there under those circumstances is like allowing a catholic pedophile preist host a little leauge game.....

So you don't think that WADA can handle their business as the WORLD's agency?

Floyd stated he wants OSDT right? Well that don't happen just in America. If he wanted a specialized test then the OSDT demand is BS because he wasn't following it to the tee to begin with.

That is a big problem. OSDT is year round to be effective. Testing for a short period of time is not the norm EVEN for USADA. That being said, NSAC testing is just as good as what OSDT will be doing. OSDT will actually be insignificant because the testing is not Year round.

WADA has appointed and accredited agencies in almost all countries. The WADA approved agency in the United States is USADA. In the Philippines, it is the Philippine Sports Commission. Both follow WADA guidelines.
