Exactly. OSDT tests Olympians for a whole entire year to be effective. OSDT for only a few months is ineffective.

There's no state income taxes in Nevada or Florida. There is still federal income taxes in all 50 states.

    2. Pac gives money to his impoverished province and region which is the poorest part of the Philippines. The Philippines as a whole is a Newly Industrialized Country, the same status South Korea and Taiwan had in the 1980s, which means it's no longer "Third World". Pac reportedly is worth $26 million, which means he's not even in the Top 50 of the richest Filipinos.

    3. Like USADA, the Philippine Sports Comission only collects blood/urine samples. Like USADA, the PSC doesn't do the lab works themselves. USADA sends their samples to a lab at UCLA, one of 2 accredited labs in the USA. The Philippine Sports Commission sends their samples to accredited labs in Thailand and Malaysia which are the closest WADA accredited labs in the region.

USADA is the WADA approved agency in the USA responsible for testing US Olympians. The WADA approved agency in the Philippines is the Philippine Sports Commission.

There's no argument at all for Pacquiao having to be forced into training in the states. That's an extreme demand and it's not a reality, this is becoming a circus.
