    :lol::rofl:lol::rofl:lol::patsch

    I remember countless times when over-excited commentators have practically jizzed in their pants, screaming about a fighter being badly hurt & on ***** Street, when in reality they were just knocked off balance. :lol:

    Tyson was a warrior. a heavyweight so small with so much power. Ruddock was game and gave it his best but Tyson was just in another league.

    In all fairness to Tyson, Ruddocks trunks were pretty high.

    Great fights though, love watching their rematch. Two heavyweights throwing bombs for 12 rounds doesn't happen every day.

    And what is Ross Purrity? Log off dip****, your hate of American HW greatness is pathetic.

    They both traded brutal lowblows in the rematch, they were equally dirty.

    Also notice... no foul-protectors. :scaredas:

    Great fights.

    Ruddock was a very good fighter...but had no real right hand, sadly. He also had TERRIBLE stamina, even for today's HW's. He'd only throw maybe 20 punches each round, but they were all powerpunches.

    Fun fights to watch.

    Even though he never went down, I think Rudduck nailed Tyson well enough a few times to really get his attention.

    Not surprising... Ruddock perforated Tyson's eardrum with one of his monstrous nukes in the rematch.

    great to re-watch that, love watch a good slugfests like bowe/galota, norton / holmes etc.

    the key to beating tyson were still shown a few times in that fight, anyone who pushed mike back and got him fighting going backwards caused problems for him. it was the key to douglas, holyfield, and lewis all beating tyson.

    According to boxrec, Lewis-Holyfield 1 was a draw.

    No hype, no commentator. Just plain FACT :nut

    Ross Purrity was a very good journeyman. He had quite good power and was an absolute road warrior who fought anyone for a payday. The guy always get disrespected, but the fact is ross the boss was a pretty good heavyweight.

    BTW if you have seen that fight Wlad totally gassed.
