Too big and powerful for Pacman Mark my words after you see the fight with ortiz, Mayweather doesnt run now! he just walks his opponent down, I said this six years ago, when Floyd gets older hes going to be more flat footed, and start bullying his opponents, and that change happened with mosely,
Ortiz do not fall into the trap, box on the backfoot, if at anytime he stands still for longer than three seconds its lights out! floyd is more heavy handed than you think!

I would love to see him try walk pacquiao down, I dont like this tactic for floyd anyway even if he fights like that vs southpaws.

I have a bad feeling that Floyd may try that too

If it works and he wins then all the credit of course I just feel its a risky thing to do vs pacquiao. Imo if he uses ray leonards tactic vs hagler he wins a clear decision, with his speed, size, timing, accuracy and clinching when necesary he can do that.

Yeah that's how I want him to fight. I learned since the Cotto fight that out muscling Pacquiao is a crappy idea. Floyd has fought all his southpaw opponents more offensively and I think he plans the same thing for Ortiz, but he needs to go back on the back foot vs Pac

First time I saw that video, I didnt expect floyd to admit it, I thought he was a hustler, I am old skool I from the days of ricardo Lopez :)
I can tell you this by experience. Mayweather held back mid career with his punches because of brittle hands, his hands are getting heavier as the years pass, I could Guaranteed that he could've stopped Marquez at anytime after the second round but held back!!!! why because hes a hustler! if he would've stopped Marquez straight away. then Bob arum aprehension would come into play, Now let me explain something to the young boxing fans.
Marquez will give Pacman hell!! styles make fights I hate that cliche but its the truth, Marquez cold and calculated and counter punches and fights good on back foot. catching pacman as he lunges in watch the left hook to the kidney too, Marquez delivers that shot with Venom!!!.
Pacman going to be reluctant to face Mayweather, and when he does and retires to be a politician, at least he can hold his head high!
Do not be tricked by the hustler !! if i was pacman I wouldnt take the fight
    just to **** him off!!!

Floyd doesn't have to try very hard to do that. emmanuel will be coming towards him. emmanuel doesn't have the temperament to be patient and sees aggressive fighting as the only way to entertain, he prides himself on it.

Too big and powerful? Floyd isn't even a big welter. He's average sized at best . Walking pac down would get him killed. Although I dont expect his habits to change in the ring whether he fights pac or not. He's dealt with every single southpaw the same way, and I don't expect that to change. He gives very little lateral movement against lefties, and fights in straight lines, and doesnt put punches together. Pacquiao will eat him up if he doesn't correct those habits (which he won't), which is why I never picked Floyd to win that fight.

If you think Floyd is too big and poweful for PAC then you're nuts. It's not Floyds power that would win vs PAC. It's defense, movement and potshotting that would win for Mayweather.

him being taller, having longer arms and having 10 pounds on pac on fightnight wont hurt him either.

flat footed means setting your base down to deliver hurt full shots, sitting down on the punches, what scenario did you have in mine floyd going in there with out head movement and subtle shifts and shoulder rolls, lol
I am certain that floyd is bigger and stronger than pac and guess what pac knows it!

It would still be pointless if he was because everyone who says he's stronger always say he never uses it or never sits down on his punches because he would get hit more. What makes you think he will sit down on his punches against Pac? If anything, that spells disaster.

And ask Shane Mosley who he thinks is the stronger of the two. He's answered that question already.
