    Chad Dawson UD or TKO.

I have a feeling Bernard Hopkins could pull out in the mid rounds, using a injury as excuse.

Dawson is gonna beat him down.

I cannot be assed writing why, i've wrote it many times in other threads.

For ****s sake, i'm gonna bump one of these Hopkins vs Dawson threads, and demand it to be the official one.

The Antonio Tarver that had to drop something stupid like 30lbs..?

The Antionio Tarver that Chad Dawson beat was in better shape, than the one Bernard Hopkins beat. Tarver was visible out of shape against Bernard Hopkins..........

I've never seen him in that kind of condition since, he had no muscular tone and looked to be carrying excess fat.

He was slick, and toned vs Chad Dawson twice..!!!

    Listen you ****ing horrible **** **** of a bell-end.

Did i get Mayweather vs Hatton wrong..? That was a massive fight, and i predicted a 10th round TKO.

Did i get Hopkins vs Pavilk, Hopkins vs Pascal II..? No.

You still got a hang over from Harrison vs Haye..? get over it bellend.

It was what it was, and i ****ing enjoyed every moment of it. Thats what this place needed, and nobody has duplicated such talk and debate since.

Hopkins will figure him out..? What ****ing kind of prediction is that..? Figure what out...?

Did Hopkins figure Joe Calzaghe out..? After he knocked Calzaghe down, he bitched and moaned all night, and faked low bows to take a rest.

Did Hopkins Figure Jermaine Taylor out..? No. Jermaine Taylor reduced him to throwing 10 punches a round during the second fight at times, Hopkins cannot cope with athletic fighters!!! who can box!!

Hopkins cannot cope with athletic fighters with above average ring IQ, in the history of his career he has never been able to live with these kind of fighters.

Even though Roy Jones had slowed down my 100miles a hour, by the time he fought Hopkins for the second time. Hopkins was'nt really putting a beating down on him, or visible dominating Roy Jones.

He just simply did enough, because Jones is shot the ****. And Roy Jones athletic abilities where still bothered Bernard Hopkins, he was holding on all the time throughout the fight.

Chad Dawson makes his fights as hard as he wants them to be, or as easy as he wants them to be. Bernard Hopkins is always eye balls out, and is by no means head and shoulders above his recent opponents.

"You look at Chad Dawson fights, and can see how much he can improve, simple things he neglects"

"You look at Bernard Hopkins fights, and i cannot see how he can improve from his last fight, and neither does anybody esle here.........people just spout that bull**** line again"

"Errrrrrrrrrmmm Hopkins is crafty he's gonna figure him out"

"Hopkins is nicking fights, he's not beat down nobody for along time!!! The executioner has took no souls for a long time"

Chad Dawson is a lazy fighter and switches off mentally and does not use his full physical skills, which dwarf Bernard Hopkins physical skills in my opinion. But that's why Manny Stewart is there, he does not tolerate fighters who neglect their physical skills.....

*Who has the better combination puncher..? Chad Dawson

*Who has faster hand speed..? Chad Dawson

*Who has better athletic ability..? Chad Dawson

*Who hits harder..? Chad Dawson..! He had Jean Pascal more hurt, and dropped guys like Adamek for a laugh. Bernard Hopkins hardly hurts any fighters at light Heavyweight.

*Who has the better workrate..? Chad Dawson, sit the **** down and watch Hopkins last fight, his workrate is ****. And Chad Dawson's is pretty **** aswell.

So what does that leave Hopkins with..? fair enough he probably takes a better shot..? But he's no Evander Holyfield, Hopkins is good at holding up under 1 or 2 shots, and then his defensive skills come into play, and he will get on his bike or hold. "Which is great"........under real heavy bombardment, Hopkins has not been tested past the age of 40. By a fellow man his own size, with speed and skill! Ronald Winky Wright was just too small, but i give Winky Wright credit......"It was a close fight, and could of went ether way"

"But he was just out of shape, and too fat"

Hopkins is just taking advantage of whats not there, he's coming down the middle with punches when ******s like Pascal are coming wide all the time, he talking advantage of ******s who cannot handle movement like Kelly Pavlilk.

And i give him all the credit in the world, for staying in great shape at his age. But the facts are, the facts are........."That technically he's doing nothing special inside of the ring from a technical point of view, if he was not 46 years of age!! there would be nobody talking about him, his performances are not amazing"

When Hopkins has stepped up and faced a big athletic fighter, with a above average ring IQ he gets beat.

    "Simple"

    Joe Calzaghe
    Jermaine Taylor "Twice"
    Roy Jones

That certain type of fighter will always beat Hopkins.

He has been matched very smartly these past years, but now its over. Hopkins never wanted this fight, but he has nowhere to go.....

    Nowhere........

Hopkins DID figure Calzaghe out, he just couldn't match the workrate, and it was still a close fight. Hopkins beat the **** out of Taylor in both fights, so much so Jermain was never the same. Jones hardly dominated Hopkins the first time and Hopkins was nowhere near his prime.

It's not hard to figure Dawson out. He squares up when he throws in combination. He's a sucker for a lead right. he's indecisive when under pressure. He switches off in fights. He drops his left when he jabs sometimes. He ducks down to the left when opponents throw the hook leaving him open to a left to the ribs or a right uppercut.

    Stop making **** up.

Hopkins did not Figure Joe Calzaghe out..? why was he holding Calzaghe all the time, and taking breaks faking low bows. Because he couldn't cope with Joe Calzaghe, his speed, athletic ability and his very own skills.

After the knock down, Joe Calzaghe still made Hopkins back up!! which caught the attention of Manny Stewart.

And Hopkins by no means, beat the **** out of Taylor in both fights..? shut up mate. Hopkins was reduced to throwing 10 punches a round in the second fight at times, and was reluctant to even attack Jermaine Taylor because of his speed and athletic ability.

"Just could'nt cope, and was totally nullified"

Jermaine Taylor went on to have a exciting career, by no means was he physically beaten up from Bernard Hopkins. He hardly took any punishment off Hopkins, no sustained punsihment anywat. Jermaine Taylor has a excting and respectible title reign, taking on awkard fighters, and also fighters that nobody wanted to face at the time.

"Like Ronald Winky Wright".........a inshape Wright, that a Winky Wright who was forced to eat jelly babies, so he could fight at light heavyweight.

Bottom line is, style's make fights....

And Hopkins cannot cope! cannot live with athletic fighters "His own size" with above average ring IQ's.

    Never has, and never will!!!

    Quality post.

The Dawson dissection is exactly why Hopkins will win with ease.

*Sighs* The same Taylor who was rechristened "Bad Decisions" was one of the weakest MW champs in the history of the sport. Hopkins was old, dead at the weight, and still kicked the utter **** out of Taylor. Watch round 10 of the first fight for proof.

    http://youtu.be/eQY4L4bkta0

Taylor spent his MW reign fighting former 154 pounders, before getting his ass kicked by Kelly Pavlik. You are so full of ****.

To be fair PK, you said Pascal would beat him down too. You seem to be waiting for Hopkins to get old...

I'm not waiting for Hopkins to get old, Calzaghe would of beaten any version of Bernard Hopkins.
