    Starting from the highest.

Ward, Nishioka, Marquez, Mayweather, Hopkins, Martinez, and Donaire.

May, PBF, Donaire, Ward, Marquez and Martinez

(have not seen enough of Nishioka to gauge him accurately.

I would rank Marquez higher but he is a notoriously slow starter. It takes him several rounds to actually come up with a game plan. The first 4 guys on my list pretty much can get going after 2-3 rounds.

Prospect or not you can tell whether someone has high ring IQ or not. The guys I mentioned are a lot smarter than Nishioka in the ring. You could have mentioned Chris John as well.

    Donaire
    Nishioka
    Ward

You could switch ward around with Nishioka and I wouldn't argue, I only saw Nishioka a couple times, but was really impressed by his technical ability. Ward is also got a great ring IQ, so I wouldn't argue either way.

He's only askin who's highest out of the people he mentioned, not who's highest in the world. Just answer the question FFS.

not really not unless they have been in with world class competition and have proven themselves. Anyone can look good against chumps. Chris John is a great mention but the OP left him out
