I wonder if Pac would have started with the hype that floyd did, maybe he'd have had a great run at SBW also :think

If Pac already had some star power when he was at 122 there is no doubt that Sanchez would've been DQ'd for pulverizing his nutsack and charlie horsing him.

But he did have a great run. 11 fights, 10 wins by KO, 1 dubious draw against another champ.

perhaps but there is also the argument that pac was behind on points at the time of the stoppage. I haven't seen it in a while but watching that fight, you'd have a hard time believeing pac would reach the heights he has.

fights with Ayala, adams and larios would have been great for him at SBW.

there's not much of an argument to say Pac was behind on points imo. He should've gotten that decision. I think a clearer argument would be that it looked like Pac would overpower and stop Sanchez if the fight had continued.

long time since I watched it but I remember being less than impressed with the both of them, especially considering it was a unification in a recently great division.

sometimes styles make for an ugly fight especially if one fighter is a spoiler. Look at Calzaghe vs Hopkins. Less than impressive.
