Manny wanted Floyd fined 10 million dollars per every pound if he came in overweight, just to ensure an even playing field and Floyd agreed.

In return, Floyd wanted Pacquiao drug tested and gave him a two week window, again, just to ensure an even playing field and Manny disagreed....

So if anyone ducked, it was Manny because if he's agreeing to get tested now that means he could have agreed to get tested when the contract was in his face ready for his signature, period.

7 day cut off maybe promising for Greenburg, but for floyd all they were doing was wasting his time.

Hence why they are now agreeing to full random testing no cut off:deal

Why would they agree to that when late last year floyd had accepted 7 day cut off:nut

I'll tell you why, because it never happened.

Floyd only had to do what he was supposed to do, make weight. It's not like Pac turned down the Commission's drug test. Floyd asked for additional testing, which Pac wouldn't fully agree to and which they couldn't find the middle ground on.

so floyd would rather have a fruitful vacation than waste his time fighting pacquiao with a 7 days cut-off?

Maybe because he knows that getting cut is part of boxing? Just like the tests that the commission gives him. You know what's not normally part of professional boxing?

That wasnt your argument ****. Dont change the subject.

You claimed Pacquiao had an aversion to blood like a claustrophobic.

If Pac is averse to blood. Why doesnt he curl into a ball everytime he gets his eye cut.

So if he Nevada commission implemented blood testing he would no longer be afraid of giving blood? :rofl

Lol...because it was close to being made, had Manny been willing to test.

You're an idiot, don't twist MY argument dumbass. I was saying that Pac believes giving blood too close to the fight weakens him and has blamed his loss to Morales because of that. So I'm saying if he feels like it weakens him, then it probably does. Just because it doesn't affect others, doesn't mean it won't affect him.

So why has he "agreed" then? All of the sudden now these concerns aren't valid?
