He'll probably weigh in at 160.

If its in the Dominican Republic then its probably self promoted.

I was one of his biggest fans but have given up now. A complete waste of talent even though he did win 3 belts in 3 divisions. Other than Floyd Mayweather probably the most naturally talented fighter of the last decade.

I don't know what you mean when you say 'live light welter'. Haven't seen that opponent, but he has no good wins of note. Looks like a shitty opponent, as usual for Guzman.

Expect Guzman to come in at not less than 145.

I think "biggest waste of talent" is almost as funny as "most avoided" is. Guzman was obviously very good, but we're not talking an Ike Ibeabuchi type. He was a good fighter with some good wins and that was that.

Because of his weight-making issues (laziness) people have now over-regarded him.

IMO, laziness is an attribute which is a clear indication you're not looking at a 'special talent'. Unless of course, they fight through that 'laziness' and continue to take on the top opposition i.e Benitez.

Guzman had some good wins and has looked superb at times. But if he can't be arsed, then that shows he's not worth bothering about.

Ike was a big loss....but seeing how Lennox liked to deal with genuine dangerman, he would've just been another quality win for Lewis IMO, but agree, Ike looks to been a missed opportunity, who could've gone on to be one of the sturdiest Heavyweights of the early 00s.

Guzman was a beast at the lighter weights, wherehe could bang a little.

Amazing chin, amazing reflexes, amazing handspeed.

He was one of my favourite fighters but the **** is one lazy *******. I honestly believe he should be up there in P4P list but look where he is the ****.
