Only ever got dropped, never KO'ed. Most of the times I got dropped, I was off balance although the one time that rung my bell, I just remember everything going black for a second before coming back to me and realising I was on the ground, took a couple of seconds to remember where I was before I got up.

Been stunned badly. Felt like I was on a very fast moving merry go round tilting on it's access 30 degrees as it rotates. I've been in a major earthquake. The ability to maneuver soberly in both scenarios was pretty comparable.

I've been hurt on my feet before. The way I remember is if everything going black for a second but on top of that there was also light within the blackness, almost like if you were to close your eyes and then shine a light into them while they're closed.

it could be true if what he means by HWs are three 5'6" 250 pound guys with no technique or stamina then is more believable but a 130 pound boxer cant spar with real HW boxers unless the heavys are just playing around and not doing anything

Got stopped in the one fight I've had. It was unlicencesed so there was no head guard and only 10 oz gloves. My opponent was an ex-British super heavyweight kick-boxing champ. He was also a big hitting slugger, basicalally getting almost all of his wins by KO.

I remember half the crowd were there to see him. I was doing a good job of making him miss but eventually wound up with my back to the corner and tried to slug my way out when I should have tied him up. I was kicking myself watching the video but I can't really blame myself for making a mistake since it was my first fight and I'd been lied to about the opponent who was a dangerous fighter even for a pro starting their career.

I'd never been down before that, I've sparred some big hitters before and some times when you get hit it hurts a lot but this guy hit so hard it just made you numb. I can only remember the first KD. I got up but everything was still bit crackly.

Why don't HW's get downed by body shots?

Uppercut, flash of bright light, (as someone else stated) things slowed down, and then sped up when I hit the deck...embarrassment.

Had to laugh at myself; what else could I do? I just got knocked the **** out....by my little sister.
