Neither of the Klitschko's is near Ali level. Vitali might've become one of the greatest under different circumstances, but Wlad does not have the skill, boxing senses or the chin to be on the comparison with anyone like Ali, Foreman, Frazier, Lewis, etc. Boxing is not about height or weight. It is about ability to get your opponent knocked out and neither of the klitschkos have ever been too brilliant in that department. TKO is not a knock out.

 

Prime Ali would kill prime Wlad, Vitali might have a chance but only by KO, if it wet to points Ali would easily win.

Prime Foreman on the other hand would kill both Vitali and wlad.
