    ok guys.. wow the speculation is funny. Vitali has not lifted 1 weight over 10kg. Its all been swimming, plyo-metrics, medicine ball work, heavy bag and circuit training
    Vitali looks bigger because he is more cut. I have his weight lower then normal..... he is cut, in shape, sharp, fast, powerful and determined..... not good for Adamek

    Is that Tirol? Looks like cinque dite mountains behind you in the pic. I did a foreign exchange in the dolomites in N.eastern Italy years ago. Fresh mountain air, good food, im envious.:thumbsup
