    Boxing is also a sport, a discipline and a science.

    I don't need to big him up, he is what he is.

    My point still remains, if he comebacks successfully I'd expect him to beat any active 168 lb'er.

    "normal boxing fans" sir, you are a casual fan which is why debates like this are silly. It's be like one of my pupils trying to argue algebra with me.

    Yeah and then when he moved up to Heavyweight and got a fight with Wlad, which was said to be the fight to save Heavyweight boxing and despite Haye talking maad **** and saying how he was gonna KTFO Wlad, he shows up fighting like a coward.

    It does leave a sour taste in ones mouth.

    you continued to support him even after he ceased to be a tough warrior? I seem to recall that, indeed, you did. Either you want tough warriors, or you don't. Or are you saying that in certain special circumstances you make a "tough warrior" exception (i.e., in the case of David Haye)?

    I have no idea what relevance this is to the thread.

    in a boxing match, who at 168 would you expect to emerge victorious against dirrell (providing he looks good on his comeback)

    Only when his legs were gone did he lean against the ropes and absorb punishment. :patsch

    are you serious? direll has 1 win on AA who's not even a smw and that's about it.his resume is far worse than butes ffs,he would get beat by every high level smw..maybe not by ward if he's not allow to use his powerfull headbutts.

    I don't really disagree with you. I'm just saying that I was a fan of Haye when he was an entertaining fighter and there are genuine reasons why he wasn't entertaining as a heavyweight.

    I'm not asking who will go down as greater, I'm saying if andre comes back and easily beats his can, who would you expect to beat him?

    so you say every high level smw apart from ward. who does that leave? froch, bute and kessler? well he's beaten Froch by my cards so you think he'd lose to bute and kessler?

    how do you see these two men defeating him?
