Any news at all about a return to the SMW division? I think the boxing world (at least @ SMW) was unfair towards him. Yes he lost by KO's but he was seconds away from winning on points against Froch and seconds away from finishing on his feat against Abraham. The first is a high, show us what a good an technical fighter he is, I mean Dirrell could't win on points against Froch, Kessler barely in his home town, and the other is a low, because Abraham was outboxed by every good SMW after that, and he was wining on points against him. That shows us how much he had degraded in just 1 fight. I thought he was one of the few who could steal round from Ward if he had anything left in him, what it' certain for me is that he surely would have done a better job then Allan "watch my feet" Green. His Biggest flaw was his stamina.Stamina isn't a thing impossible to improve. I would like to see him giving a last try at SMW or LHW. I would've said go for a belts like the WBO that Stiegltiz holds, but Kessler beat him to it.Take a first fight back against a guy like Sakio Bika, Brian Magee, Renan St Juste, Edwin Rodriguez, Allan Green or Librado Andrade and then aim for a belt. Or take a fight at LHW against Adrian Diaconu, Yusaf Mack, Gabriel Campillo or Alejandro Berrio and go for a belt against Cleverly or Shumenov.

I still feel frustrated that they forced him out of the SuperSix fearing another devastating KO against a feather fist opponent. It was mean... taking his last chance of redeeming himself in the tournament and driving him into temporary or permanent retirement.
Who knows really. I'd like to think he would've outboxed AA his confidence not being shattered he would've left his hands go more you can also assume the KO had not only mental but also physical consequences on him.And how I stated above I was feeling really strong about him giving Ward the toughest fight he's had in SuperSix.
even before froch fight. i couldn't help but to wonder where jt's career is now had smoger stopped pavlik in the second round
He was a flawed fighter. Someone would have gotten to him eventually. You would have to be a sadist to want to see him come back. I hope that he is managing his money well and will stay retired.
Taylor was heading to something like a split decision win by one point win on two scorecards if he had been knocked down again (and had got up, which would never have happened) vs Froch.
cant understand all the hate at all... jermain was a good champ, made some awesome and entertaining fights...
Im missin Jermain too.. Hope he will be back to make some noise again :good. Heard he will be making his comeback at middleweight.. WAR JERMAIN!! :bbb
I don't think he can make MW no more ... that won't be good for his already questionable stamina. Don't know if he's been keeping his shape the time he was out. I seriously doubt that he'll come back,I wish he would but... How old is he really, 34 ? And how long has he been out, how much time has passed from his last fight ?
