    VK is in the top 15.

    WK is in the top 10.

    These guys are very good historically. In recent years they are up there next to Lewis, Holy, and Tyson. Neither of these guys can be above top 20 all time. I'd say in the 11-15 range at the worst. H2H, these guys should be very highly rated. Top 5.

    Unless your criteria is "heavyweights not named klitschko" I see no reason to keep them out of the top 100.

    Wlad is already at legendary status, probably about the top 15 mark. Vitali is less impressive by some margin, probably around the top 30 position.

    I'd say Vitali is the Greatest of all time, Wladimir is somewhere in the top 10.
