James Toney is in SHAPE and its not Round

Would guess cuz he got an upcoming mma fight

 

Toney needs to be at least 210 and even at 210 he won't be in the best shape is able to be in.

Just because someone wants to be a fat bum, doesn't mean we lower our standards. Toney hasn't got a body fat issue, he has an eating disorder. We know this because once upon a time Toney came in shape and let those combos fly.

Toney is a loser who is out begging for paydays. He embarrassed boxing on the biggest MMA stage. I got no problem with people losing but at least try. Dana White didn't pay your salary, the fans did!

It's difficult to tell going by the photos. How much different would Toney look if he were wearing the same shirt in both pics? His gut looks a little smaller, but adding a little twist to a pose can do that. Maybe he's 24 lbs lighter, maybe not.

 

He looks leaner - maybe 220.

 

I really do think Toney has a shot against Shamrock. Shamrock's knees are so ****ed I doubt he can even shoot for a decent takedown these days.
