Leon, you're pro Mayweather right ? What you think about the catchweight fiasco Floyd pulled on Marquez ?
Don't like catchweights. I don't think it was Floyd that requested one? Good thing Juan was compensated a pretty dollar for Floyd going over.
That was bull****, but then again Pac also pulled the same bull**** with Margarito and the 150 lb catchweight. These guys need to quit with that catchweight **** if they can't even adhere to them.
I just hopes Marquez does it properly this time,gets a proper strength and conditioning coach and nutritionist to put on those extra couple of pounds he needs. Rather than throwing stones around a hillside and drinking ****! *facepalm*
I have always given Marquez his props and still do. I don't think he should be fighting pac at this higher weight b/c as agood as Marquez is, he can't fight pacman at the weight. Again, it should be competitive up until Pacman stops him.
So he decided to go all the way. That's just too funny (and i remember when he wore that outfit too). If he has the balls to march into the ring during the pre-fight walk-in wearing a barong while playing Manny's "Para Sayo" in the background, it'd kick my ass.
140 would probably be the most fair. That said, Marquez took the fight anyways, which tell us he doesn't think it's much of an insurmountable issue.
