So as we all know, Khan is hoping to shake up the welterweight division, with many potential fight out there but what do you think about Khan V Cotto. Think this would be interesting....not that it will ever get made as Cotto ha obviouly moved up but...

Give Amir two fights, and he'll be ready for Cotto :deal

As it stands currently, this'll be a hell of a fight. I still think Cotto's best weight is back down at 147, and I think he'd pull a late stoppage in a very entertaining fight.

    quite an interesting match.

i think khan is too busy for cotto, but im also aware that cotto could take his head off his shoulders!

this is a very interesting match up. khan fans will be at the edge of there seats, as they know what cotto can do. but in a couple of fights time I think khan will be able to outbox cotto in a 12 round decision. with some scares and damage done to him on the way.

As it stands now I think cotto TKO on accumilation of punches round 8

Funny, if by some chance Khan gets KO'ed again, everyone will jump back on him and say he was hype. That is why this site is so much fun. The minute someone slips, he did not have it, he should retire, he is shot, and this is for a young fighter I am talking about. What about an old one. There is no one at WW except for Pac and PBF so why is he going to shake up the WW division. Oh, guys like Berto maybe or when Ortiz gets school they can throw him at Khan. Winning a belt at WW should not be a issue for young Khan. Just stay away from Pac and PBF.

Prime Cotto it's a 50/50 fight. Think Khan wins in straighforward fashion now though. Interesting matchup though.

Cotto takes this for me. Entertaining fight I'm sure, but Maidana's crude pressure finally caught up with Khan, Cotto's pressure is an altogether different kettle of fish.

I think Khan's game plan would be to box off the back foot, to move and to use his speed, so I just don't know if he'd be sitting down on his punches enough to hold Cotto off.

Khan isn't prime yet. Cotto has the power to tear him up and get a Late Stoppage or UD.
