Enzo Calzaghes reputation is now in tatters........................

 

A serious question has to be asked about Camp Calzaghe.

As that Vauxhall People Carrier hurlted towards the O2 arena for such a mega fight.

Were their amateur ways - just totally out of their depth ?

I mean - this was a huge event - Showtime were waiting there - flown over from the USA with a host of Celebs in the crowd.

Did Camp Calzaghe really have any business headling such a massive event ?

 

Well, there's a school of thought that Enzo C's penny pinching ways were an attempt to keep his fighters grounded.

However, the revelations about possible benefit fraud and know the slow drip-drip of information that is being revealed about a possibly illegal expenses claim for non-existant saveloys might make the more cynical believe that the amateurish behaviour was purely cover for a cash grab.

One thing seems to be for certain, if Enzo C was cheaping-it-up for his own financial benefit, he didn't spend any ill-gotten on a new motor.
