    Fair play to Froch.
Wards biggest weapons have been fighting in Joakland/America where he is able to use forearms and excessive holding and headbutting.
Froch is refusing to let Ward use his headbutts and although Ward gets the advantage (again) with the fight in America, at least its not in Joakland

How can you not like Froch? Guy talks a lot but i think most of his talk his in good fun. Not to mention he always backs his talk up. He'll knock Ward out late.

Never rooted for Froch before, I thought he was a cocky *****...earned some respect with his humble and respectful attitude after the Kessler loss.....anyway, I will be rooting for him in this fight for sure. Hope he knocks out the headbutting crusader

There were a few moments against Bika where Bika got a little rough and dirty with Ward and he seemed troubled by it. If I were Froch, I would fight dirty as hell.

Carl "I lost (but not really) because of a volcano" was humble and respectful?

Honestly, I find his cockiness amusing, but he made all manner of excuses in the weeks and months that followed. Everything from jetlag, to disrupted training, to volcanic ash in the atmosphere getting in his eyes.

Froch is a tough lad from a tough working class background - if Ward wants to fight ugly then Carl will chaff his brow for him*

Exactly what I said in the other thread, if Ward tries those tactics against Froch, he'll find himself on the receiving end of some very dirty boxing - Froch is kind of like Calzaghe in personality, he'll fight on the straight and narrow with an opponent like Kessler but if you give him a Bika, he'll run his head in the face just as much and rough him up too.

It s good by Froch and the corner have got to be on the ref's case as well. Mr punch grab hold butt uses the tactics far too much

I know he uses a very rudimentary version of it, but being that Froch using a shoulder roll technique for most of his defense, I'd quite like to see him adopt the elbow to the throat that Mayweather uses against opponents if Ward starts running in, just throw a punch or attempt to block a punch with the elbow and then slip it to the throat and push against it - the further Ward pushes in, the more damage he'll get done.

He should get away with it 3 or 4 times before a warning too.

feint step back as Ward comes in with his head down anticipating a punch and throw his best shot the uppercut. Froch KO
