Pac was never a JrMW. He just allowed Margo to come in at 150 to accomodate him. And since that made it a JMW fight officially, Suleiman wanted to put the vacant title on the line. Pac actually weighed in at 144 for that fight. The guy could probably still make lightweight.

uhh noone is saying Margo would not have loved to come in at 154lbs. He would also have loved to come in at 160lbs. But he would have dreaded coming in at 147. Which is why Pac accomodated him by having the fight at 150 instead of 147 which is where Pac was campagning.
that's the fight where Pac won his 4th lineal title. The only man in the history of professional boxing to ever do that.
