you are criticizing the cotto and clottey fight when they are both top welters when pac fought them. pacquiao actually has fought all the top named welters when the division was waxing hot a couple of years ago. the only name missing was williams and mayweather but mayweather actually avoided them all except for mosley. also you think berto is a better opponent when berto's welter resume is quite thin.

From what i gather it's because of catch weights,fighting old past prime boxers, and the test. Fair enough. Whose a perfect boxer? Floyd? he fought the same boxers pacquiao has fought.I speak of Hatton, De la hoya, Mosley and Marquez.Floyd is fighting Ortiz which is good. To me Pacquiao has to fight a young lion or two after Marquez.He will take the test and fight floyd at a non catchweight fight at 147 ( and probably lose) if the pachaters still going to hate after that then they are just playa haters.Pacquiao never claimed to be the greatest or a perfect boxer. He is doing his job. If anything it's the promoter job for picking those fights.
