Yeah, Froch talks a bunch of smack, but he backs it up for the most part, wouldn't you say?

I mean, yeah he did moan about having to fight in Denmark, but you know what? He also went and fought in Denmark, so what does it matter in the long run? He's backed up his talk at every juncture.

I mean, hyping the guys you beat and pretending a close run fight was easy aren't exactly things that are exclusive to Froch, are they... You're not exactly going to get too many boxers coming out and saying something like:

"Yeah, I beat the brakes off that dude, but he was **** anyway"

    :bbb

Now THAT was a BS decision if ever I saw one - Dirrell deserved the win in that fight, I felt.

yeah Johnson will beat Lucy. Its very likely that he gets conned in Montreal though, knocks Lucy out yet Lucy wins by decision, corrupt referee prevents Johnson from throwing punches etc.. but he´ll proof his superiority
Kessler doesn´t pay Stieglitz from his pocket, they´re going to get a good show on, sell out a stadium and generate a lot of money. He couldn´t have done it the same way with Lucy because Lucy didn´t even want to fight let alone leaving Montreal..

To compare Bute to Sven Ottke is an insult to Ottke.

Since when does wearing an opponent out count as luck? Are you ******ed?

If that's luck what was Bute-Andrade I? A gift from God on high I assume.

Pretty much what I said, mate. Getting punched in the face tends to add to fatigue...

IMO Froch is a solid fighter, and could very well beat any SMW out there. But also IMO, JT Boxed Frochs Ears off for 10 rds before he gassed out. Would have won a Split Decision if he would have lasted 12 rds.

Okay, so you've basically given Froch no credit at all for the Taylor fight it seems? Miraculously give Taylor the ability to go 12 hard rounds and he wins, correct?

Sorry, mate - not happening. He got worn down, gassed, and got KO'ed. It happens. Your SD scenario (whilst true) was rendered irrelevant as soon as the referee waved his arms and jumped in.

    :good

i would agree AC would be considered Hometown for Pavlik. The reason Pavlik said he would fight in Canada Because he thought the Purse Would be More than what was offered. I will say, he made the Wrong decision in Not fighting Darryl Cunningham. should have KO'd him, and worried about BUTE after. It wasn't like Contract was signed for BUTE fight ne ways

Well, I'll give it to you. You dont just say stuff against Bute, you back it up. Most of the people hating Bute continu to pick him to win his fight.

I'm sure Bute will prove you wrong on the Johnson fight.

About Kessler, come on, if Kessler would have made any offer to Bute (what he didnt do) and this offer was 4M$, Bute would have gone there, whatever you say.

It was a great Win for Carl, no doubt! Great Stoppage! The way it was going for him is he was getting OUT boxed is what i mean! and probably would have lost a Split if it went 12 rounds. If that Jermain Taylor would have fought Pavlik in 07. He would have beat Kelly!
