For my self i don't hate pac he is not my favorite for reason you mention but i don't hate the dude. It's his fans that drive me mad. they are the definition of trolls. Whats funny is, as humble as Manny makes him self out to be his fans don't pick up on it. I always like to compare Manny to Micheal bay he's fun and exciting to watch and has great hype surrounding him. But like looking for substance and story in a Micheal Bay film don't go looking for technical skill and depth in a pac fight. Just explosions and chasing all night.

I get what you're saying, believe me I do, but that seems like a poor reason to want him to lose. Boxing should be a lot bigger than this forum, and even bigger than ESB. As fans of the sport, we should hope that the best men in the ring wins regardless of what his personal fans are like, and we should be thrilled whenever talented and successful fighters make it big, not only in the sport, but also mainstream. Because whenever the best that the sport has to offer reaches the public consciousness, the sport as a whole generally benefits.

Admittedly, that's probably why I like him. I'm more likely to watch a movie like Transformers than Black Swan. In a way, Pac is like CG Optimus Prime, whereas Floyd the artist/sweet scientist is the Natalie Portman of boxing. He's poetry in motion, while Pac is a typhoon.

My other analogy for Mayweather is Christopher Nolan, He provides the type of work that you have to watch more than once. He's physiological, brilliant, great timing excellent skill and techinces his shots and angles are beautiful and rarely seen and excellent use of flash much like Nolans movies.
the whole black swan thing was kinda pathetic, It shows that you don't really watch boxing which again is why some boxing fans hate pac fans cause they are not really watching the fight.

And you hold that same true for Floyd fans? Or are you going to pretend the Floyd fanboys aren't as bad as Pac fans? :huh

Who gives a **** about pacland. I'm talking this site, ESB. And if you cannt see how terrible the really loud and annoying the floyd fanatics are, then you MUST be one too, since you can't tell the difference between something well thought pout, and the usual drive by posting ***s lilke bladgunner, Jaguar, or Blizz posts. :think

And you can try to say who follows more, but that's just your biased opinion, which I'm sure you'll keep repeating over and over, as if it means anything to anyone but you and the Floyd fanatics. They will come and say how RIGHT you are.

Sure will. although this thread dose not help my argument. But what i see more often than not is a pac fan
state some ridiculously statement that almost sounds true about pac. then a mayweather fan comments with a fact that derails the argument.
then the pac fans makes a little quip back to the mayweather fan about what ever the original issue is and side steps/confuses the original argument by pointing out other facts that have nothing to do with the issue.
then the mayweather fans takes the bait and process to pick apart every argument that the pac fan has laid out with videos, logic, psychology, time lines, dates, articles, pics etc.
Finally the pac fan or fans come out with
    1. something that Ros greenburg says that has no context.
    2. A Floyd Mayweather pic of him being a chicken.
    3. The vacation even tho he just came off of putting a massive ass whopping on the dude their dude was scared to fight and was not ready to go through all the negotiation, press tours, training and all the stuff that will go into making the biggest fight of this generation so soon.
    4. Some racist statement.
Mayweather fans can be bad some times but no where near as bad as pac fans.

The worst of both are pretty much ****. That's about as honest a statement one can make.

But here, you can look at what the INTELLIGENT Floyd fans say...

No hatred for Pac at all from me. But he's not the blood-n-guts warrior I thought he was.

    1. Using catchweights when they aren't needed. Its like him or his team don't believe in his own ability to win fights they need a security blanket as well.
    2. His stance on the OSDT. I knew it wouldn't just go away and thanks to the many excuses his team has thrown out there, I(who once believed he was clean) now believe there is reason for suspicion.
    3. Rather fight someone in the courtroom than in the ring. Regardless of what anyone else thinks, that to me is a ***** move. I don't care who is involved.
    4. Doesn't speak up for himself and hides behind the "no speako enguish" crap whenever the hard questions get asked.

Other than that he's good in my book.

There's a law suit pending from Pac that may stop this fight from happening, unless he dropped it and I heard nothing about it.

People seem to think Pac takes easy fights but really he just fights established names rather than unbeaten prospects who are unbeaten because they haven't fought anyone like Pac yet. The hate is nonsense and bad for boxing

I'm not a Pac hater, but there's no way I would put him ahead of Floyd considering his resume since he arrived in the welter weight division. Fighting only fighters that work within the same company especially when they done nothing to be in the same ring as him just don't cut it, Margarito, Clottey, and Mosley. Even if you want to call out Floyd on Hatton and Marquez. One fighter was a undefeated champion moving up to test himself and the other was p4p#2 in the sport, who called Floyd out, so he moved up to test himself as well. Neither Marg, Clottey or Mosley was a champion or on the p4p list. At that point in Pac career he should of been fighting, fighters who were at least in creditable positions. Two were coming off of lost and the other was a cheating disgrace. Despite Judah loosing his fight previously before he met Floyd. Judah was still holding a title, so it made perfect since to go on with the fight. What makes matter worst. Pac is the star of the company, he can make some decisions of his own about the fighters he's fighting, but he's a puppet to his masters. He keeps his mouth shut every other time accept for when it came time to take a drug test. Now he has a back bone all of a sudden and want to rule against it.......:think

If you don't see the technical skill and depth in a Pac fight then you haven't really watched him, have you. Just because he is not a defensive genius does not make him lacking in technical skill and depth. Some people just have an idea in there head about boxing and don't understand the subtle things that he does. Oh well you must be a young fan.
