I hate to say it but some of the stuff they talk about is completely true.

 

Arrogance of boxing ? Most boxing guys avoid conflict with MMA... Arum is a ass but so is Dana.

 

yeh, disagreed with the arrogance bit, he was making that one judgement based on Arum, the bits about big fights taking too long to happen and not enough money being invested back into the sport were spot on.

 

I always get the feeling he is jealous of boxing.

Him saying they dont invest back into the sport is true. Why cant I buy a Pacquiao or Mayweather shirt in the mall? Why is there no merchandise promoting the fighters? Why are only 2 boxers well known amongst the majority of the public? You telling me that Arum and Golden Boy cant pay for more TV spots on cable to promote their fights?

Oh and Arum is a greedy fat snake.


Although them saying that the UFC fight will effect the PAcquiao fight are ****ing hilarious. Pacquiao and Marquez is gonna blow that **** outta the water.

MMA mentions boxing, boxing doesn't care to mention MMA.

Boxing is a legendary sport, MMA is a glorified street fight in a cage featuring homosexuals in the crowd and cage.

 

That's like saying the guy who makes $100K is jealous of the guy who makes $50K.

 

I'd trade Arum for White any day of the week.

There's a reason boxing rejects go over there. You would never see a boxing start consider going to the UFC.

 

Why does Mr White constantly talk about Boxing. They're 2 different sports, if you can call it a sport(rolling around with your goolies in another man's face) "It s a cocky arrogant sport" PMSL. "I dont think anyone under the age of 30 loves the sport" Do **** off you massive ****. I travel 1000's of miles to watch top fights.
Notice the massive contridiction by white "Boxing has never changed in 30 years" to "Boxing is trying to copy us having DJ's play etc" Make your mind up.

Aside from Bob Arum no one in boxing is really talking about UFC. UFC people can't keep boxing out their mouth though. Arrogance? I think they're suffering from collective small man syndrome over there.
