It's not just interbox it's all the boxing news web sites you can find on the internet and in the whole world. That sais Brinkle and they put a random word next to him This content is protected
IF your trying to look stupid your doing a really next job, if you don't I'm sorry for you... cuz from what I know stupidity has no cure.
if you mean being knocked out in 1 round as earning your shot, i guess so atsch as for brinkley what again did do to work his way up to EARN his shot? beat 21-2 curtis stevens? or # 74 ranked mike paschall (whoever that is) or james johnosn who has 30 losses? or 18-7-1 jason naugler? 18-2-2 otis griffin? maybe..11-6 isah hendereson because those were his previous 6 fights..... if you considered that working your way up...maybe they should change the rules where you have to fight and beat a guy in the top 10 before geyying a shot..but thats just old school ****
http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=5363778 Can you show me where is the "pressrelease cited" ?
I think he spent years climbing on ranks and he was having like a 10 fight winning straight. He beat Curtis when he was clear underdog. Like I said before he was suppose to fight Bika to earn his shot but It didn't happen.
At for the record Mendy wasn't #1 either until he "beat" Bika that list of your is BOGUS, at that time #1 was vacant.
it was actually 9 fights straight...before that he had lost 4 of 5....which explains why he fought crap in those 9 wins , minus stevens and griffin who are very good club level fighters...his streak you speak of curtis stevens 21-2 mike paschall or #74 ranked james johnosn who has 30 losses jason naugler 18-7-1 Joey Gilbert 17-1 fellow contender fighter otis griffin 18-2-2 isah hendereson 11-6 Dallas Vargas 21-3 Luis Lopez 13-9 if you big winning streak is against that...its hardly worth mentioning as his only legitimate reason for a title shot of "9 straight wins"
Bogus? Did you in fact bother to check the link I gave you? It's IBF's very own site and it contains rankings all the way back to 2006.
