Well give me one name thats better then.It should be easy seeing as Murrays ****. Coming off a 14 month layoff and knocking out a top ten ranked lightweight is a great return. If you think Mitchell has no chance thats fine,I do think he can win though. A lot on here complain about our guys not stepping up(Burns gets a ton of ****)yet people are actually on here saying they dont think Mitchell should go to the States and fight for the World titlestrange.
he was at 4 or 3 when he fought acosta. edit: i think it was before the soto fight, i remember champ was jmm, no.1 acosta, no.2 soto so he was either 3 or 4.
Watch Murray, and see who he fougth; regardless of rankings, he was no top 10 operator. Rios isn't a World champion IMO. I'm not saying Kev; shouldn't go for it. He will lose, and that's fair because that's the level he's at, which isn't Elite.
In my book he has a chance - Rios (in the most basic terms) is a better Murray. Murray was an excellent warmup for Rios. However, on the big stage against a pressure fighter he has lost before - it probably won't be any different this time...
