:lol:No I like Margarito.Just saying that Rios takes a lot of punches and I think Mitchell can quite easily land on him and hurt him.
If he was feather fisted then fair enough but at the very least he has a punchers chance in my opinion.Rios will rightfully be a big fave thats no problem but I just think its silly to say he has no chance at all.

I dont know maybe you haven't seen Rios enough but he's not as defenseless as margo was, sure he gets hit its the style he fights in his bound to be getting hit but he keeps a guard up moves his head and works behind a jab.

acosta was the only one who had success against him and that was from punching from angles, can mitchell punch from different angles?

i can't see mitchell doing what peterson or acosta couldn't.

Since JMM moved up, only Rios is superior to Acosta at lightweight, and if Acosta couldn't overcome Rios there's not a hope in hell that Mitchell can.

Well Mitchell is british, so I think that improves his chances drastically.

Mitchell would get pulped to bits, and it would be in the first round.

God, put Mitchell with Katsidis again and I guarantee we'll see the same outcome. Mitchell is so susceptible to left hooks. He got caught by Murray the exact same way Katsidis caught him, but Murray never had that type of power.

    Rios would end him, fully.

Nah its other way round on this forum, being British gives him no chance. If he was Mexican he would have every chance in the world!!

Rios will blow Mitchell away in 4. Mitchell can only get on bike and try to keep him off but he couldn't keep off Murray. Rios will engage him anyway he wants and Mitchell will be brutally beaten into submission. Feel for Kev...

So Rios-Mitchell is more of a mismatch than Canelo-Hatton?

Far enough Hatton seems more durable than Mitchell but Mitchell can dig and has beaten (albeit a lower level) a pressure fighter in Prescott. KO in 4 seems harsh on Kev

Canelo is no puncher. Rios is.

KO in 1 is what it would most likely be I reckon.

HitmanHatton: It's not a case of British, Mexican, Chinese, Martian, it's a case of Mitchell isn't very good.

And I called the Murray fight to a tee the day it was announced, I really like the lad.

But unlike some, I don't allow bias to get in the way of analysis.
