    Hard right hand is drilled up high by Gomez, following through with a shoulder thrust into Granados' chest as he tries to simply walk through him. Granados slaps him in either side of the head with the curl of his gloves. Granados is landing counters aplenty. Gomez looks WINDED. Granados keeps landing! Gomez is just tossing his arms out weakly in a vague impression of power punches. Granados is throwing in multiples, not landing anything especially clean or hard but touching Gomez with almost everything...and dare I say it, hurting the exhausted young prospect. Gomez's face is cut up on his right cheek. Gomez is running! Granados follows with uppercuts! Gomez shoulder-tackles him and pushes him back to the ropes. Granados lands a left hook and a right to the face. Gomez keeps slugging it out with him, flopping around and looking like he's ready to fall!! They're both throwing and landing!! GREAT FINISH

    Standing ovation for these two warriors. Gomez, scraps by. Granados is a solid fighter, and he ended up pushing Gomez. Great fight!

    Gomez looked gassed and when Granados was fighting on the outside, he made Gomez look like a slow ass truck.

    Hopefully, now this fight humbles Gomez and puts him in check. It's all about taking slow steps up the ladder.

    Yeah, those no-look right hand broadsword slashes were just amateurish.

    Gomez has a nice short left hook and throws well to the body. He needs to learn not to bother trying to work when he isn't in his effective range to do so.
