Alexander Povetkin vs. Ruslan Chagaev & Robert Helenius vs. Sergei Liakhovich RBR

I've been streaming EPIX for a few hours now...full HD quality the entire time.

Now the fights are starting and my quality lowered big time. All you late arrivals just go ahead and log off so I can get my HD back.

Is the Povetkin-Chagev fight before the Liakovich-Helenius fight?

Round 2

Povetkin is gingerly stepping around to his left and just as gingerly jabbing. Chagaev blocks a sequence of jabs and a left uppercut as Povetkin quickens his steps and hustles past him. Chagaev reaches with a left hand lead and just brushes Povetkin's lip as he backs the Russian into the ropes. Povetkin gives an annoyed shake of his head. He apparently didn't like how that felt. Povetkin now takes sliding double steps back to keep away from Chagaev while throwing out his left jab defensively. Chagaev tries to range-find with his right jab, clearly eager to throw the straight left again. Povetkin isn't letting him get close enough, using his feet to travel the entire ring at a middling pace. A few jabs and reach-out flurries by Povetkin as Chagaev keeps up his slow pressure.

Really dig having Lennox Lewis as a main commentator. Who better to analyze these heavyweights!

I'd be pretty pissed if I paid to watch the screen say Loading for the next two hours.

 

Round 3

Povetkin jabs and backs up. Chagaev comes creeping forward slowly in his White Tyson shell. Lunging left hand lead by Chagaev, thuds hard against Povetkin's gloves. Povetkin steps around the shorter man, and dips down to throw a left hook at the top of his very high trunks. Chagaev is very slow-footed, forced to take several steps for every couple of Povetkin's. When he gets Povetkin near the ropes Chagaev is throwing with conviction, leading with his left but not landing very cleanly as Povetkin drifts back into the ropes and then slides off to escape. Right uppercut by Povetkin, and Chagaev responds immediately with a hooking combo to the ears to back Povetkin off. Darting left hook to the body by Povetkin before slinking back outside. The pattern holds, with Povetkin using in and out movement to land one at a time to the body.
