If Povetkin versus Boystov is possible, they should make that fight next. I don't want to see Povetkin-Rahman. Povetkin versus Mormeck or Dimitrenko might be ok. Adamek is also a good opponent for Povetkin (win or lose against Vitali) but maybe too risky for Povetkin and his management. Helenius? I don't believe he's ready for Arreola. Target Dimitrenko. Or go for another faded champ--Gomez or Chagaev. Helenius/Fury would be awesome I wonder if Fury wound consider it. Probably not, Fury's only 23.
American and other English speaking broadcasters and journalists are why these fighters are not getting any credit. It's a shame. The Brit press only talk about heavyweight boxing if they have a Brit fighter to promote, the same with Americans. They are killing boxing. Nothing to do with the fighters.
This era is definitely better than the one immediately preceding it. . .the one in which you had Byrd, Golota, Oquendo, Holy, Toney, and Ruiz figthing for titles. That era sucks ass compared to this one. I watched both fights tonight and was pleased with the action I saw.
