    He's basically selling his career.

    Is £50k enough for that?

Just seen the video you posted on your fb Slap.

You could see Fury wasn't bothered by him yet Rogan think he's winning some mythical battle of the minds. Take the 50k get the beating of your career and then do us a favor and **** off Rogan.

Lost time for him when he started that **** about Sexton before the second bout IIRC.

I doubt he'll earn 50k in the rest of his career put together.

I agree with the consensus; marty didn't want the fight.

    Shame.

Would anyone really be surprised if after all this, Rogan suddenly, amazingly, changes his mind and we have a real, genuine, grudge fight to hype?

  8. Hennessey should get on the phone to Ustinov, he might well lose though but at least it would be a serious step up.

Personally I'm starting to think that the fight has possibly been made behind closed doors. Hennessy etc realise that in order to sell the fight a week after a big card in the odyssey they are going to need a gimmick of sorts, and hyping this up as a grudge match will fulfill that necessity.

So Rogan thinks he's "won" by not taking the fight? :huh

I genuinely dont think it was staged as in set up between Rogie and Hennessey.

You can usually cotton on to the turn of phrase when it is.

I do think that there is still jostling behind the scenes and that Rogie could still be the opponent. But at the moment there isnt a deal done.

I hope they do do a deal and that it is Rogie in the ring. Everyone is a winner then.

I think Rogan was trying to make it clear that he succeeded in getting his point across and he felt that coming away from that presser he had done something to defend his reputation.

So Darren Corbett chucks name into hat while taking a fair few swipes at Rogan .

Cult-hero Corbett 'slaps glove' across Rogan's face

You could be right... I just think that Rogie is an egomaniac though & cannot STAND anyone getting more attention than him in his homeland! I just hope you are wrong about the fight being made, cos Rogie will get splattered badly by Fury, & I genuinely fear for his health if he steps in the ring with a Fury, Im not a betting man, but I would bet money that Rogan would be pizza faced inside 2 rounds.
