If FLOYD Goes On "Vacation" Immediately After ORTIZ...

    In September 2010, Floyd said "Soon as I come off vacation, we gonna cook that little young chump" when talking about Pac. Then he showed up at the Berto-Ortiz fight to scout his next opponent, but claimed that he wanted to see 50's house in CT and there just happened to be a big fight going on at nearby Foxwoods. Floyd also disclosed very recently that he takes vacations in order to stay fresh... this is as big an admission as any fighter can make to ducking top opposition.

    In any case, how will the Floyd fans defend him if he goes on vacation right after Ortiz? Floyd has already told the world that he will go on vacation if he wants.

    If Ortiz quits again when Floyd is beating him up, will all his fans still be with him?

    That addresses NOTHING about what I said, particularly Floyd's admission for going on vacation and announcing that he will go on vacation again if he so desires.

    I am absolutely positive that should Floyd win (which he most likely will) he will go on another long ass vacation and pop up late 2012 or early 2013 to fight a guy like Khan.

    If he fights Pacquiao afterwards bump this post so i can be proven wrong.

    as a big fan of floyd i will gladly say that i will defend him no matter what. nothing more will please me as a fan than seeing him earn lots of money while fighting only about once a year. - flaming joyboys

    you beat me to it man... I was going to make a thread just like this. I think floyd will go on "vacation" again after the Ortiz fight! LMAO... He doesnt want to fight Manny!! Plain and simple.

    3 more things: Floyd said that he's paying MILLIONS in lawyer fees (yet he somehow didn't know about the deposition - great ****ing legal team there - lol) and then he said he was gonna "cash out on stupid money" again. Also, anyone notice that Floyd is coming back after Pac looked "terrible" in making Shane run for the hills for 12 rounds. I have 3 conclusions:


    • Money May needs the monies
    • Money May is looking to see how Pac does against Marquez. If Pac looks like a beast, he will go on vacation again like he has already threatened. If Pac goes life and death, the "You're next" might become a reality.
    • Either way, Money May returning after Pac looked "awful" is a sure sign that he's waited for Pac to slow down.

    Humans are habitual creatures...So by judging Floyd's actions the past few years, he most likely will go on another long hiatus/vacation whatever you wanna call it. Hope I'm wrong.

    Ortiz might quit if he's got Pac banging away at him, but not Mr. Feathers (as you said in another thread).

    Floyd already saw Pac slowing down in the Mosley fight that's why he came out of retirement. Pac will look like a beast against Marquez ,that's normal considering everything so I don't think that'll scare Floyd

    Floyd can do whatever he wants. If emmanuel doesn't want to take the test then he can go on vacation. When emmanuel takes the test, then he can get his AZZ kicked.
