    1) Vic Darchinyan

    2) Daniel Geale

    3) Billy Dib

    4) Michael Katsidis

    5) Danny Green

He didn't rate Mundine in our top 5....but had this to say.... "The guy is a joke. Apparently, he likened himself to Manny Pacquiao? Mundine Doesn't inhabit the same planet as Pacquiao.":deal

Rafael telling it like it as......:rofl:rofl:rofl

One was a disputed decision....and Mundine relinquished the Title rather than face Geale in a rematch (which is about as big a ***** act as any boxer can do)

And his fight against Green was back when Noah was a boy....

Rafael can omly be guided by recent activity

And I'm thinking that Rafael's Boxing knowledge might rate just a mite higher than your typical Mundine arselicker:deal

Rafael's 5 are about right in my opinion. Would have Katsidis ahead of Dib though.

I'm inclined to agree..... Not sure Green should be there either.....But who else would you put in his place?

He did go on to say that Dib can be agony to watch coz he doesn't engage....He runs.

..some yank's personal opinion means diddly squat over here but...
...and on the Mundine thing...He should be there above Green by virtue of his win over Green and a win over Geale...I'm not sayin' he should be above Geale on that list but definately above Greeny...I'd arsehole Dib off that list too...he might make a top 10 but not a top 5...and not above Katsidis for ****s sake...geez...****en yanks..
...and if we're gunna claim Bika and Ndou as Aussies then they'd have to fit in there somewhere...

Anyone who willingly comes to this country and chooses to call it home with a view to having their kids born and raised here is an Aussie.

Mundine has no claims to be in the Top 5 with a recent resume like Falliga, Medley, Jerez, Waters, Wood I, Wood II and Toliver.

    Using your logic:

Mundine beat Green (over 5 years ago) and Geale (over 2 years ago). But Garh Wood KO'd Mundine (1 and 1/2 years). So Wood has to be in the Top 5 :nut.

Roy Jones beat everyone for about 12 years (up til 2004) and Danny Green KO'd Jones. So Green has to be in the Top 5 :nut.

The reality of Australia's current Top 5 is that Darchinyan, Geale & Katsidis are locks for the first 3 places and after that it's a lottery.

The fading Green probably doesn't make it and Mundine isn't even close - see recent Mundine opponent list above if in any doubt and remember that a nobody in Wood KO'd him 3 starts ago :good.

Not sure if there's a one size fits all answer, darky. I guess it comes down to mindset - once they put Australia ahead of their former country and ate willing to adopt the culture here then they consider themselves Aussies. And if they're happy to be known as an Aussie I've really I've got no right to say they're not.

    :good
