Sadly a case of all dressed up and no place to go. Would like to see him have some local fights and create some local support for himself.

Nothing surprises me these days but the fact that people are surprised when someone trains in a gym 5 days a week for 10 plus years and then looks muscular, makes me think that the people that are surprised have never trained properly themselves.

Also having a go at a professional athlete for actually being in shape, training day in and day out whether he has a fight scheduled or not. Really? Isn't that his job?

Gonzo look forward to the interview.

Training for body building and training for boxing are distinctly different disciplines.
It doesn't necessarily follow that gym junkies make good boxers.

    Enough of the rhetoric Mark.
Let's see what you've got. :yep

...and exactly the reason many fight trainers don't have anything bigger than dumbells amongst their training equipment.

    ...speed kills, not muscle.

    this thread makes me laugh.

"training day in and day out whether he has a fight scheduled or not. Really? Isn't that his job?"

No his job is stepping inside of a ring and being paid to fight another guy who is also getting paid. Not "Pretraining" to be a boxer.

I might trademark the word "Pretraining"
definition: spending 10 years of your life training for and telling everyone about fighting but never really doing much of it.
