Kirk man before you do anything else you need to scan your computer or it'll be ruined for life http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/free-internet-security.php honestly I swear by this, it's free and I've never had issues. uninstall norton ASAP and downloas the AV from that link. once your computer is clean (you'll need to run a full scan) then you can change your browser to something better like safari or firefox. but for the love of god clean your computer out! *consider yourself told!*
