Is Bellew Vs Cleverly really as big a mismatch as everyone is going on?

What's Bellew ever done to prove he's even a bigger puncher than Clev?

Still a good interesting fight (dampened slightly by the winner pretending to be on a par with Bernard Hopkins as Light Heavyweight World Champion), but a mismatch IMO and I can't see Bellew winning.

But what if he puts on another boxing "masterclass"?

 

Exactly. A decent enough match up, but this should be for the British title, not some joke "World" title.

I got nothing against Bellew.

But this is Wales V England.

I got to support the Welshman.

And while Bellew may have a bangers chance - for the good of the sport - its best that the fighter who has the best career prospects wins - so he can move onto bigger and better things - while the other fighter - can accept defeat and find his own level.

Clev is clearly the better fighter - with World Class prospects - so its best he wins - and gos on to fight for IBF and WBA and WBC titles.

And Bellew can then say he fought a good world champion and lost - and find his own level of achievement.

 

Yeah, right.

Admitedly - Vince's brand new Kia Sedona which he has just purchased on HP is a fitting carriage for the world champion, with cup holders, generously proportioned glovebox, 60/40 split rear seats and fully functioning headlights. :bbb
