It's a win over a big name, but honestly JMM just looked helpless at the weight, and I don't think that was all Floyd's doing. I think JMM loses to just about any top welterweight when he tries to go that big. I'm hoping Pac plays out different since Pac's not a natural WW either and won't be all that huge compared to JMM in the ring.

But Andre Ward is a natural 168 pound fighter who's fought most of his career there, whereas Floyd is someone who fought most of his career at 130/35. And Ward would deserve some credit if he dominated someone like a 2008 Sergio Martinez coming up from 154 and Ward simply outboxed him without no bullying tactics.

Sure whatever floats your boat. If you are speaking of the *******s then yes they will give credit to Pac but the rest don't see this as a meaninful fight. Pac vs Marquez should of been done years ago and at 135lbs not at 144lbs. Same goes for Floyd, it was not a "good" win over Marquez since Floyd had all the advantanges over him, even on the scales where he cheated.

Proof that he didn't come at 160... none as he doesn't allow people to see his weight and everyone just guesses.

Just my observation, but that day he looked bulkier then in Previous fights...

he dominated jmm in every way. i think woudla happened at pretty much any weight which is why its a fair win but not that high on his list.

I'll just never consider that to be a legitimate matchup. JMM didn't have a single advantage in the fight. Not one.

I didn't even consider buying the fight and JMM is one of my favorites. It was like a varsity vs. jv scrimmage.

The advantage Floyd had in foot speed and overall agility made this fight beyond anticlimactic - even for what people expected. It was like watching somebody slap around a guy buried at the waist in the sand.

Since when does what we weigh now have anything to do with his in ring weights? The only reason you ask for proof is because you know it's not there. Then when he can't provide anything, you acts if you won, hence you adding that irrelevant bit on floyd's weight currently.

Anyone can see the difference between floyd and when he got to 147, fighting near that weight, and how big he looked vs. JMM and Shane.

Out of curiosity, why do you think Floyd stopped in fight night weigh ins to be announced? You know DLH used to do that as well. Mainly when he fought smaller guys too. Why do you think Floyd started that when he became a GBP fighter?

OR what do you make of the clause in the JMM contract that forbid them to talk about the exact weight of the fight in interviews?

people hide **** for a reason. DOn't be so naive..

Pac will get credit if he beat JMM because both off them are the same size and they got history at the lower weight plus the fact that Pac's style is tailor made for JMM but if Pac came 150+ plus on fight night it will weigh the credibility of his win...
