    ortiz IS slow watch the maidana where maidana looked like he had decent hand speed because of ortiz, he has a high punch output but he isnt fast.

    Some crude fighters can make others look slower than they are. At times when george fought faster fighters, he made them look slow. Look at the holyfield fight where holyfield was much faster, but was still getting beat to the punch at times by the stronger fighter who was foreman.

    and at times he looked slow, slow enough for foreman to get a good few punches in that hurt holyfield.

    Ortiz is now slow, but if you're comparing him to floyd, then yes he's not on floyd's level, but not many fighters will be. Floyd is a very special boxer. yes floyd is a dickhead, but he's a very talented boxer.
