dunno where the hell he is getting his info from lol. the body expels urea, water, uric acid amongst other things to rid them of it. you reabsorb anything worth having such as glucose, proteins, etc in the glomerulus( in a nephron).

Not to mention vitamins can be regenerated in the liver(those that are made and not essential) so he is drinking salty ass **** for no damn reason lol

 

You know, I just about had it with people knocking JMM for drinking his urine. The man has proven time and again that it works, so everyone stop this at once. I'm ****ing serious.

 

he can do whatever he wants. and if its superstitious then fine all im sayin is if he is doing it for some medical benefit he is sorely msitaken.

 

my stance is, if he wanted more nutrients, why doesn't he just take the damn nutrients themselves?????

 

haha that would make too much sense. like rehydrating yourself in a sport with gatorade when water will do the exact same thing. lol they try to fool you with those damn electrolytes in the commercials though lol

A friend's asian neighbour and his family (Chinese I think) used to drink **** as medicine whenever they were sick. Guess it was passed down to them within their culture. Don't know what Marquez's excuse is. Maybe he just likes the taste of **** lol

You're ****ing dumb. It doesn't work. Marquez is a great boxr and would be exactly as great if he didn't drink his urine. It's true that urine contains vitamins: the ones our body has in excess. We don't expell them for nothing.
