Just seen that Khan is on Ringside tonight is this a sign that Sky are getting him back or is it just that now Adam Smith is in charge Sky actually talk about and acknowledge fighters that aren't actually theirs? I remember when Sky never acknowledged that Carl Froch even existed.

sky did acknowledge Carl Froch exisited its a complete myth that they ignored him. they just never advertised his fights as they were not shown by him.

How many Ricky Burns fights have primetime advertised recently??

Well that's half true. Before Ringside came about, the only time he was ever referred to would be during a domestic Super Middleweight fight when Darke or Smith would mention Froch as a world champion at that weight.

They acknowledged he existed when they had to, but that was about it.

It would look weird if the most recognisable active fighter wasnt on the first episode.

What were they supposed to do in fairness. Wear Froch t-shirts and tell everybody to buy his fight on Primetime.

Sky cover everyone enough IMO but obviously plug their TV fighters more as their fight beckons. If they didn't then they'd need a slap.

Dunno really. Having the results of his fights on Sky Sports News, and maybe a few quotes from the press conferences would have been nice I suppose.

In an ideal world mate but seeing as they spent 3 hours talking to the cleaning staff at Stamford Bridge about the champions league draw there isn't enough time in the day.

I'm a skysports fan - lover of all sports - and they do have a weekly boxing show and they do show weekly fights so all things considered (and yes we want more) they do good IMO.
