Djokovic for the US open would be a good bet, dunno what the odds are at. He's looking amazing.

If you had of looked in here more regulalarly you could of netted urself about 150 euro profit this past two weeks betting 5 -6 euro/day...

edit: not saying thats gonna last or anything. I dont think my tips for today will do much as things stand...

    6/5 with Paddy Power,

11/8 with Montenegro to beat Wales looks good.

6/5 are pretty terrible odds at this stage of the tournament though. Wouldn't bother in that case. I fancy him to win though.

    about right i would say.

He likes the hard court, is clearly the best in the world in what is effectively a 4 horse race...

Granted, my knowledge of tennis is limited.

There are still a few other dangerous unpredictable opponents that can have a very good day, the Berdych's. Which takes a few % off the profitability. Might not seem likely but it does happen...remember Rafa losing to Soderling

Then there are always Fed/Nadal which of course he's a favorite over, but at 6/5 for the whole tournament from this stage I don't think the odds in those games would really reflect the price we're getting right now. There just doesn't feel like too much edge at 6/5 to make it a great bet. I wouldn't criticize anyone for taking it on but I wouldn't say its outstanding.

I was thinking if it was closer to 8/5 it would be okay but maybe thats me being optimistic.

Yeah its okay, it is his worst surface though for certain. The ball sits up terribly when he drops it a bit short which explains his lack of success here. I suppose I can kind of see why Djokovic is such a large favorite, Federer struggling in the big moments lately, Nadal on his worst surface, Murray can't get over the line. Djokovic is the only one the bookies can really hang their hat on. Might have a look at a few individual games and see if there is any value, BRB.

Dolgopolov 4/5 over Karlovic is a really nice bet I think.

Karlovic is all serve, only uses sliced backhand, very 1D. As long as Alexandr serves solid himself he'll get the odd opportunity and from the baseline this is hardly a contest.

Hate betting against my team but this is too good to be missed.

    Ospreys vs Leinster (+3) = 10/11

I think Leinster will win the game but doing the handicap means I can hope the O's win by 2 points.
