    The European can be ruled out but not the Commonwealth. Most (if not all) Commonwealth countries require a Visa of some sort to work in the UK.

    Yes but there's only one non EU fighter in the Super-Bantamweight rankings and he's the lowest ranked fighter by the EBU. That's Andrey Bogdanov at #10. I'm not sure if the EBU would even sanction a title fight between the #6 and #10, infact part of me would be pretty disappointed if they did. Although I'd be happy for Frampton.
