    Ortiz and Maidana both beat Gatti up, Gatti was an exciting fighter but was the very definition of mediocre.

    Gatti is known for having tons of heart. How could anyone have more? But I see a tossup in this. Despite being a big Arturo Gatti fan. Plus at 140, Ortiz was KO'd by Maidana. Gatti UD or late TKO. But Welterweight Ortiz has an edge.

    Are you tellin me that Gatti was worse then Maidana???? :twisted: At 140 Ortiz lost to Maidana by TKO in a war. But he gave up. Something Arturo never did. 147 - Ortiz likely 140 - Gatti has a very small edge ( 55-45)

    I like Gatti but, IMO, Ortiz would bully him, hurt him, and stop him, depending on how Ortiz fought.

    If ortiz came to box and take his time, then I could see it being competetive in spurts and him winning a decision.

    If Ortiz came for war, I think he busts Gatti up hard and stops him mid rounds... Ortiz TKO 7.
